Items will be shipped within 48 hrs except on weekends and holidays. All items shipped priority, expedited shipping available for an additional charge upon request.
We only accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise. Buyer must contact regarding return within 3 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping. We do not accept returns on gift cards (i.e. exchanging them for cash value). All sales final on original artwork, vintage items, crystals, and any other one of a kind items.
WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN ONE OF OUR MARKETS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR WORK FOR THE SHOP. WHILE WE CARRY GOODS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY, WE PREFER OUR LOCAL LINES TO BE FROM MAKERS WHO ARE ALREADY A PART OF THE INDIE SOUTH COMMUNITY.
DO NOT BRING WORK IN PERSON TO THE SHOP, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE A DECISION ON THE SPOT. DO NOT LEAVE WORK AT THE SHOP TO GET FEEDBACK–WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF YOUR ITEMS AND WE LACK THE STORAGE SPACE TO KEEP ITEMS FOR EVALUATION.

FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $15, WE WILL LOOK AT YOUR WORK, CHECK OUT YOUR WEB PRESENCE, AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT WE THINK. WE OFTEN START OUT ON A CONSIGNMENT BASIS THEN MOVE TO WHOLESALE IF YOUR WORK IS A GOOD FIT. WE WILL GIVE MORE DETAILS IF WE DECIDE TO CARRY YOUR LINE.
